Turning a Royal Moment into an AR-Driven Statement


To celebrate one of the most iconic moments in modern history—the royal wedding of Harry and Meghan—we showed just how playful and powerful AR can be.

In collaboration with The Albert Kennedy Trust, an LGBTQ+ homelessness charity, artist Jock Mooney, and designer Philip Normal, we created an unofficial souvenir T-shirt with a twist. Using Zappar’s AR technology, wearers could bring the design to life, transforming themselves into the royal bride or groom with a simple scan.

Every shareable royal selfie wasn’t just fun—it also automatically generated a donation to The Albert Kennedy Trust, turning digital engagement into real-world impact.
